1kgpotatoes, peeled and cubed
400gcurly kale or boerenkool, shredded
1smoked rookworst or kielbasa
50gbutter
100mlhot milk
salt, pepper and nutmegto taste

Boil potatoes and kale together in salted water until potato is tender.

Drain. Mash roughly with butter and hot milk.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Prick sausage. Simmer in water 10 minutes. Drain and slice.
