3 stalkslemongrass, finely sliced
3cmgalangal, grated
3kaffir lime leaves, shredded
3 tbspfish sauce
large bunchdill, roughly chopped
2long red chillies
banana leavesfor wrapping

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except banana leaves together.

Spoon onto banana leaf squares. Fold into parcels and secure with toothpicks.
