1kgchicken thighs, bone in
1 tbspsmoked paprika
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspground cumin
400gcrushed tomatoes
100mlapple cider vinegar
1 tbsphoney
3 tbspolive oil
sweet potato mashto serve
fresh corianderto serve
Instructions

Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin.

Brown chicken in olive oil, set aside.

Mix tomatoes, vinegar and honey.

Return chicken to pot, pour tomato mixture over.

Cover and cook at 160C for 2 hours.

Remove chicken and shred meat from bones.

Return shredded chicken to sauce and stir.

Serve over sweet potato mash, scattered with coriander.
