200gyellow onion
200grusset potatoes
4 servingsmashed potatoes

2 tspranch seasoning
2 tspbrown sugar

Instructions

Slice the halloumi and grill it over medium-high heat until well browned, about 6 minutes.

Add the yellow onion and russet potatoes, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the hot sauce, BBQ sauce, ranch seasoning and brown sugar for 4 minutes.

Boil and mash the potatoes separately, keeping them warm.
