3/4 cupcaster sugar
1 cupwhole milk
1/2 cupcream
1 tspvanilla extract
3/4 cupplain flour
pinchsalt

Grease a 28cm baking dish with butter. Scatter cherries.

Beat eggs and sugar until pale.
