300gleftover beef chilli or tinned chilli con carne
200gcheddar, grated
1/4 cupcream
1 tbspcornflour
jalapeños, sour cream and spring onionto serve

Cook fries according to packet directions until very crispy.

Make cheese sauce: heat cream, add cheese and cornflour, stir until smooth.
