500gminced pork
200gcooked rice

2 tbsppaprika
300mlsour cream
150gsmoked bacon, sliced
salt and pepperto taste

Instructions

Fry onion and minced pork with paprika. Mix in rice. Season.

Layer a third of sauerkraut in a deep baking dish.

Add half the pork mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with sauerkraut.

Pour sour cream over top. Lay bacon slices on top.

Cover and bake at 180°C for 1 hour. Remove cover, bake 20 more minutes until top is golden.
