Maple Glazed Salmon (Classic)

Maple Glazed Salmon (Classic)

Pacific salmon glazed with Canadian maple syrup and soy sauce. Marinating the salmon in only half the glaze and reserving the rest to pour on fresh before baking keeps the finished glaze glossy and full-flavoured rather than diluted by raw fish juices.
