Green Bean Casserole (Classic)
The classic American Thanksgiving side with green beans, mushroom cream sauce and crispy onions. Blanching the green beans for just 3 minutes before they go into the sauce keeps them vibrant and a little crisp, rather than turning grey and mushy after the long bake.
