Pad Pak Ruam
Stir-fried mixed Thai vegetables with oyster sauce and garlic — fast, fresh and vibrant. Adding the harder vegetables like broccoli and carrot first, then the softer mushrooms and snap peas later, keeps every vegetable properly crisp instead of some turning mushy while others stay raw.
