For filling: 400gwhite cabbage, shredded
3hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 tbspbutter
salt and pepperto taste

Make dough, knead and prove 1 hour.

Fry cabbage in butter until soft and golden. Mix with chopped eggs. Season.

Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each into a round.

Place filling in centre, pinch edges to seal. Place seam-down on a baking tray.

Prove 30 minutes. Brush with egg wash. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes until golden.
