Cod Fishcakes with Dill Sauce

Cod Fishcakes with Dill Sauce

Nova Scotia-style salt cod fishcakes with a creamy dill and mustard sauce. Flaking the boiled salt cod finely before it meets the mash gives these fishcakes their smooth, cohesive texture instead of large, uneven chunks.
