salt and pepperto taste
1 cupfresh or frozen wild blueberries
2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
2 tbsphoney
1shallot, minced
1 tbspbutter

Instructions

Season char. Pan-fry skin-side down in olive oil 4 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes.
