Baby Back Ribs with Dry Rub

Baby Back Ribs with Dry Rub

Slow-baked American ribs with a smoky-sweet dry rub, finished on the grill. Wrapping the ribs tightly in foil for the full 2.5-hour bake traps enough steam to break the meat down until it's properly tender before the grill ever adds its char.
