Grilled Pork Chops with Apple Chutney
Thick grilled pork chops served with a warm spiced apple chutney — resting the chops for a few minutes after grilling matters as much as the cook itself, letting the juices settle back through the meat.
Ingredients
Instructions
Season the pork chops generously and grill over high heat for about 5 minutes per side, until nicely charred and cooked through.
Rest the chops on a plate loosely tented with foil.
While the chops rest, simmer the diced apples with the brown sugar, cider vinegar, cinnamon and ginger for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until jammy and thick.
Serve the rested chops over a generous spoonful of the warm apple chutney.
