Ingredients

4thick-cut bone-in pork chops
3Granny Smith apples, peeled, diced
½ cupbrown sugar
¼ cupapple cider vinegar
½ tspcinnamon
¼ tspginger
2 tbspoil

Instructions

Season the pork chops generously and grill over high heat for about 5 minutes per side, until nicely charred and cooked through.

Rest the chops on a plate loosely tented with foil.

While the chops rest, simmer the diced apples with the brown sugar, cider vinegar, cinnamon and ginger for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until jammy and thick.

Serve the rested chops over a generous spoonful of the warm apple chutney.
