1.5 cupsshredded cheese
6 rashersbacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

Bake the sweet potato fries at 220C, spread in a single layer with space between each one, for about 25 minutes until properly crisp, crowding the tray is what makes them steam instead of crisp.

Scatter the crispy fries generously with cheese and crumbled bacon while they are still on the hot tray.

Return to the oven for just a few minutes, only until the cheese melts.

Serve immediately before the fries lose their crunch.
