1.5kgpork shoulder
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspcumin
1 tsporegano
1/2 tspchilli powder
4 clovesgarlic, minced
1orange, juiced
1lime, juiced
1/2 cupwater
warm corn tortillas, onion, coriander and salsato serve
Instructions

Mix salt, pepper, cumin, oregano and chilli. Rub over pork.

Place in a casserole with garlic, orange juice, lime juice and water.

Braise at 160°C for 3 hours until very tender.

Shred pork. Spread on a tray.

Grill until edges are crispy. Serve in tortillas with onion, coriander and salsa.
