Steel-Cut Oatmeal with Apple and Cinnamon
Hearty and wholesome steel-cut oats cooked low and slow with apple and warm spices. Simmering the oats gently for a full 25 minutes, much longer than rolled oats need, breaks down their chewy texture into a properly creamy porridge.
