300gfresh or frozen cranberries
300gbrambles or blackberries
1/2 cupcaster sugar
1 tbspcornflour
1 cuprolled oats
3/4 cupplain flour
1/2 cupbrown sugar
100gcold butter, cubed
1 tspcinnamon
cream or custardto serve
Instructions

Toss cranberries and brambles with caster sugar and cornflour. Place in a baking dish.

Make crumble: mix oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Rub in cold butter until clumpy.

Scatter crumble over fruit.

Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
