General Tso Cauliflower

General Tso Cauliflower

Crispy battered cauliflower in General Tso sweet-spicy sauce, better than the original. Frying the battered cauliflower at a steady 180°C keeps the coating crisp enough to survive being tossed through the sticky sauce.
