1 headcauliflower, cut into florets
batter: 1 cup cornflour, ½ cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 cup sparkling water, salt
General Tso sauce: 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp hoisin, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp cornflour, dried chillies
garlic and ginger
sesame seeds and spring onionto garnish
