3 tbspmaple syrup
2 tbspsoy sauce
1 tbspDijon mustard
2 clovesgarlic, minced

Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard and garlic.

Season salmon fillets. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe pan over high heat.

Sear salmon skin-side up for 2 minutes until golden. Flip.

Pour maple glaze over salmon and transfer to oven.

Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes until cooked through. Spoon pan glaze over the top. Serve with broccoli and rice.
