1.5kgpork spare ribs
3 tbspjerk seasoning
2 tbspsoy sauce
2 tbspbrown sugar
2 tbspolive oil
1 cupcrushed pineapple
2 cupscoleslaw mix
2 tbspmayonnaise
1 tbsplime juice
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions

Mix jerk seasoning, soy, brown sugar and oil. Rub over ribs.

Marinate 2+ hours.

Wrap ribs in foil. Bake at 160°C for 2 hours.

Open foil. Grill at 220°C for 15 minutes until charred.

Mix pineapple slaw: coleslaw mix, crushed pineapple, mayo and lime juice.
