6 clovesgarlic, sliced into slivers
4 sprigsfresh rosemary, tips only
3 tbspolive oil
sea salt and cracked pepperto season
roasted potatoes and steamed vegetablesto serve
1 cupred wine for gravy
1 cuplamb or chicken stock for gravy

Stud lamb all over with garlic slivers and rosemary tips.
