6feijoas, peeled and sliced
3Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
3 tbspcaster sugar
1 tbsplemon juice
1 cuprolled oats
1/2 cupplain flour
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1 tspcinnamon
100gcold butter, cubed

Instructions

Toss feijoa and apple with caster sugar and lemon juice. Place in a baking dish.

Make crumble: mix oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Rub in cold butter until clumpy.

Scatter crumble over fruit.

Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
