8feijoas, halved and flesh scooped
1/2 cupcaster sugar
1 tbspcornflour
1 cuprolled oats
3/4 cupplain flour
1/2 cupbrown sugar
100gcold butter, cubed
1 tspvanilla extract
custard or creamto serve
Instructions

Toss feijoa flesh with caster sugar and cornflour. Place in a baking dish.

Make crumble: mix oats, flour and brown sugar. Rub in cold butter.

Scatter crumble over feijoa.

Bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes until golden.
