Pineapple Lumps

Pineapple Lumps

A New Zealand confectionery classic — pineapple-flavoured chewy candy coated in dark chocolate. Cooking the pineapple syrup to a precise hard candy stage at 120°C is what gives these lumps their distinctive chew, rather than a soft, sticky texture that won't hold its shape.
