Ingredients

300gplain flour
7ginstant yeast
1 tspbaking powder
3 tbspcaster sugar
160mlwarm milk
1 tbspoil
300gchar siu pork, diced
3 tbsphoisin sauce
2 tbspoyster sauce
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 tspsesame oil
2 tspcornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Make filling: fry char siu with hoisin, oyster sauce, soy. Thicken with cornflour. Cool.

Make dough: mix flour, yeast, baking powder, sugar, milk and oil. Knead. Rest 45 minutes.

Divide into 12 balls. Press flat.

Fill each with pork. Pleat closed.

Place on parchment squares.

Steam 12 minutes over boiling water.
