300gleftover smoked brisket, diced
4medium potatoes, par-boiled and diced
1onion, diced
1green pepper, diced
3 clovesgarlic, minced
3 tbspvegetable oil
salt, pepper and smoked paprikato taste
4eggs, fried sunny-side up
hot sauce and spring onionto serve
Instructions

Fry potatoes in oil until golden and crispy 10 minutes.

Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.

Add garlic and brisket. Season with smoked paprika.

Cook until brisket is warmed through and crisped.

Serve with fried eggs, hot sauce and spring onion.
