1 tspmint
1 tspred pepper paste
2 tspcumin
2 tbspolive oil
to tastesalt and black pepper

Instructions

Season the lamb shoulder and saute it over medium-high heat until well browned, about 8 minutes.

Add the parsley and tomatoes, cooking until softened, about 6 minutes.

Stir in the sumac, mint, red pepper paste and cumin for 2 minutes.

Warm the pide bread separately.

Let the lamb simmer for about 14 minutes so it becomes tender.
