500gpotatoes, cooked and mashed
200gplain flour
1egg
1 tspsalt
2onions, thinly sliced
150gbacon or pork fat, diced
3 tbspoil
Instructions

Mix mashed potato, flour, egg and salt into a dough.

Roll into thick ropes, cut into bite-sized pieces.

Boil in salted water 4–5 minutes until they float. Drain.

Fry bacon until crispy, add onions, cook until golden.

Toss halushky in the pan with bacon and onions. Serve immediately.
