Hoisin Duck Fried Rice

Hoisin Duck Fried Rice

Fried rice with shredded duck, hoisin, spring onion and egg. Using a wok heated to genuinely high heat and cold, day-old rice keeps the grains separate and properly fried instead of turning into a soft, steamed clump.
