4lap cheong (Chinese sausage), sliced
3eggs, beaten
4spring onions, sliced
3 tbspsoy sauce
1 tspsesame oil
2 tbspvegetable oil

Fry lap cheong in a hot wok until caramelised.

Add eggs, scramble.

Add cold rice. Toss and stir-fry on high heat.

Add soy, sesame and white pepper.
