3 tbspmaple syrup
2 tbspDijon mustard
1 tbspapple cider vinegar
3 clovesgarlic, minced
1 sprigfresh rosemary
2 tbspbutter

Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper.

Heat an oven-safe pan over high heat. Sear chops 3 minutes per side until deep golden.

Reduce heat. Add butter, garlic and rosemary. Baste chops 1 minute.

Whisk maple syrup, mustard and vinegar. Pour over chops.

Transfer to oven at 190°C and cook 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes.
