Satay Chicken Skewers

Satay Chicken Skewers

Australian cafe-style chicken satay skewers with a rich peanut dipping sauce. Marinating the chicken for a full hour, not just a quick toss, lets the soy, sesame and turmeric actually penetrate the meat instead of sitting on the surface.
