3 cupscooked, cold rice
1/4 cupkecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
3eggs
to tasteshallots and chili to taste
Instructions

Fry the cold rice in a very hot pan or wok, breaking up any clumps.

Continue frying until heated through and starting to catch slightly at the edges.

Stir in the kecap manis until the rice is evenly coated and deeply coloured.

Fry the eggs separately in a little oil until the whites are set but yolks still runny, and serve on top of the rice with shallots and chili to taste.
