500gbeef mince
1small onion, diced
3 clovesgarlic, minced

2 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspchilli powder
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 cupbeef stock
12corn or flour taco shells
shredded lettuce, diced tomato, grated cheddar, sour cream and salsato serve
Instructions

Cook beef with onion until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add garlic and spices. Cook 1 minute.

Add stock. Simmer 5 minutes until thick. Season.

Warm taco shells.
