Ingredients
3 cupsplain flour
7gdried yeast
1 tspsalt
1 tspsugar
1 cupwarm water
200gcold butter, grated
50gcold lard, grated
Instructions

Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Add water. Knead 8 minutes. Rest 30 minutes.

Roll out. Dot with half the butter and lard. Fold and roll again. Repeat.

Cut into rough oval shapes. Place on trays.

Rest 30 minutes.

Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden and flaky.
