1.5 lbpork shoulder
200gThai basil
1 cupbean sprouts
4 servingsjasmine rice
1/4 cupfish sauce
2 tspcoconut milk
1 tbsppalm sugar
2 tsplime juice

Season the pork shoulder and bake it over medium-high heat until well browned, about 6 minutes.

Add the bean sprouts, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the fish sauce, coconut milk, palm sugar and lime juice for 2 minutes.

Cook the jasmine rice separately and fluff with a fork.
