200gyou tiao (fried dough), cut up
2 tbsphae ko (black prawn paste)
3 tbsptamarind paste
2 tbspsugar
1 tspchilli powder
crushed peanutsto top
sesame seedsto top

Instructions

Mix hae ko, tamarind, sugar and chilli into a dressing.

Toss pineapple, cucumber, beansprouts and you tiao in dressing.

Add enough dressing to coat everything.
