2 tbspbelacan (shrimp paste)
3 tbsptamarind paste
2 tbspsugar
200gprawns, cooked
2hard-boiled eggs, halved
100gbeansprouts
chivesto garnish
fried tofuoptional

Instructions

Soak and drain vermicelli. Blanch briefly.

Fry shrimp paste in oil until fragrant. Add tamarind and sugar. Cook 5 minutes.

Add 600ml water. Simmer 10 minutes.
