4beef cheeks
1large onion, diced
2carrots, diced
3 clovesgarlic, minced
1 cupred wine
1 cupbeef stock
2 tbsptomato paste
1 sprigrosemary
2bay leaves
salt and pepperto season
2 tbspolive oil
creamy mash and gremolatato serve
Instructions

Season and sear cheeks in oil until brown on all sides.

Add vegetables and garlic to slow cooker.

Place cheeks on top. Add wine, stock, tomato paste, rosemary and bay.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours until very tender.

Rest in liquid. Serve with creamy mash.
