Ingredients
600gbeef mince 80/20
1 large headiceberg lettuce, leaves separated for buns
2ripe tomatoes, sliced
1red onion, sliced
2avocados, sliced
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspsalt and pepper

mustardto serve
Instructions

Mix beef with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

Shape into 4 patties.

Heat a cast iron pan or grill until very hot.

Cook patties 3-4 minutes each side.

Rest 3 minutes.

Use large lettuce leaves as buns.

Spread paleo mayo on lettuce.

Layer with tomato, onion, avocado and burger patty.
