100mlwater
12hard taco shells
1 cupiceberg lettuce, shredded
2tomatoes, diced
150gcheddar, grated
200gsour cream
hot sauceto serve

Brown beef mince. Drain fat.

Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes.

Warm taco shells in oven 3 minutes.

Fill shells with beef.
