150gpiloncillo or brown sugar
1cinnamon stick
1 tspvanilla extract

Whisk masa harina into 250ml cold milk until completely smooth — no lumps.

Heat remaining milk with piloncillo and cinnamon until sugar dissolves.

Slowly whisk in masa mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
