Midwestern Casserole (Hotdish)

Midwestern Casserole (Hotdish)

A Minnesota-style tuna and vegetable hotdish with a crispy onion topping. Layering the fried onions on top before baking, rather than after, lets them toast further and turn properly crunchy against the creamy filling.
