400grice noodles or soba, cooked and cooled
peanut sauce: ½ cup peanut butter, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp chilli
1 cupshredded purple cabbage
1 cupedamame
2carrots, julienned
½ cuppeanuts, crushed
lime and cilantroto serve
Instructions
