1kgbone-in goat pieces
2potatoes, cubed
1/2breadfruit or 2 green bananas, cubed
1onion, diced
4 clovesgarlic, minced
2 tbsptomato paste
1 tspthyme
1 tspallspice
2 tbsprum
salt and pepperto taste

Instructions

Brown goat pieces in oil. Add onion and garlic.

Add tomato paste, thyme and allspice. Stir 2 minutes.

Cover with water. Simmer 1.5 hours until meat is nearly tender.

Add potato and breadfruit. Simmer 30 minutes.

Add rum. Season. Serve in bowls with crusty bread.
