200gspam, sliced
4hot dogs, sliced
200gfirm tofu, sliced
1 packetinstant ramen noodles
100gbaked beans
2 tbspgochujang
2 tbspgochugaru
1Lchicken or anchovy stock
4 slicesAmerican cheese
spring onions and sesameto serve

Instructions

Layer all ingredients in a wide shallow pot: kimchi, spam, hot dogs, tofu, beans.

Mix gochujang and gochugaru with a little stock. Pour in.

Add remaining stock to cover.

Bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles, cook 3 minutes.

Lay cheese slices on top to melt.

Serve straight from the pot with steamed rice.
