Ingredients

4 lbsbone-in pork shoulder
8 clovesgarlic, sliced
2 tbspolive oil
2 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspdried thyme
1 tspdried oregano
½ cupwhite wine
½ cupchicken broth

Instructions
