200gfresh pineapple, chunked
3tomatoes, quartered
100gbean sprouts
3 tbsptamarind paste
3 tbspfish sauce
1 tbspsugar
1Lwater
3 clovesgarlic, minced
fresh dill and spring onionto serve

Instructions

Bring water to boil.

Add tamarind paste, fish sauce and sugar.

Add garlic and pineapple. Simmer 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and fish. Simmer gently 5 minutes.

Add bean sprouts, cook 1 minute.
